Tasks
- Coordinate communication between project participants across 1–2 projects — mobile apps and games - Create and manage the project roadmap, and track project schedules and task deadlines - Keep the team up to date - Assign and communicate tasks in a way that is clear to the team - Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time - Write general documentation and keep it up to date - Communicate with clients and contractors about work in advertising channels - Support the analytics and media planning team with reports on key project metrics - Research the market and help the project team achieve better results.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience - Understanding of how performance marketing works - At least one successful mobile project in your portfolio / ability to share case studies - Excellent command of Excel/Google Spreadsheets - Excellent project management skills (setting priorities, breaking down tasks, working with a roadmap, selecting assignees and deadlines, reporting on project status). A big plus: - Experience working at game development companies - Experience managing an app development or marketing team - Strong English skills. Bonus points: - You know how to work in a team and enjoy it - You can make decisions independently - You enjoy automating routine tasks - You know project management methodologies - You have great soft skills.
