How it works

Two sides, one private match

Job seekers stay anonymous until they choose otherwise. Employers see who fits before they ask.

For job seekers

Four steps, and you decide who sees you

  1. Create a profile

Upload your CV. AI turns it into an anonymous profile — no name, no contacts, no photo.

  2. Get matched by meaning

Vacancies are ranked by how well they fit your skills, experience, salary and location — in any language.

  3. You decide who sees you

Employers see the anonymous profile and have to ask. Applying to a job shares your name, contacts and any CV file you uploaded with that one employer — and you can revoke it.

  4. Talk, then decide

Chat with the employer in the app and agree on the next step when you are both ready.

For employers

Four steps to a hire, with contacts by consent

  1. Post a job

Describe the role in a sentence or paste an ad; AI drafts the posting for you to edit. A salary range is required.

  2. See who fits

Matching anonymous profiles are ranked, with the factors behind each score and a short reason for each.

  3. Reach the people you want

A candidate who applies shares their name, contacts and any CV file they uploaded with you. For anyone else, request a reveal — the candidate decides.

  4. Talk and hire

Chat in the app and agree on the next step together.
