Candidate quality & reach

Who are the candidates?
People who published an anonymous profile to be found for work — in every profession, not only IT. You see skills, experience, salary expectation and location; names and contacts come later, by consent.
Why would strong people be here and not on LinkedIn?
Because nobody sees who they are. An employed professional can be found without their employer finding out, and decides per employer whether to reveal themselves.

Cost & contact limits

What does it cost?
Free (€0, 5 reveals a month) · Start (€49, 25) · Business (€119, 100) · Scale (€319, unlimited), per month. No "contact sales", no per-seat surcharges. A candidate who applies to your vacancy shares their contacts at no cost to your reveals.
A salary range is mandatory — why?
Candidates who apply already know the package, so fewer walk away at the offer stage. It is also the direction of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
How do contacts open, and why is the number limited?
A reveal is a request to see a candidate's name and contacts; the candidate grants or declines it. Your plan sets how many you can send a month, which keeps the channel worth answering for candidates.

Compliance & comparison

Is the matching compliant with the EU AI Act?
Hiring AI is high-risk under the Act. In place today: every match shows the factors behind its score, and either side can contest a match for human review. Not done yet: the formal technical documentation (Art. 11) and registration in the EU database (Art. 49). The trust page lists both.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?
Candidates are anonymous until they apply or accept, prices are public and flat, and matching reads every profession and language. They have far more reach — the full comparison says so.
