Yes. When you upload your CV, MatchPRO extracts an anonymised profile: your occupation area, skills summary, salary band, work-format preference, and approximate experience. Your name, contact details, employer names, and any other personally identifiable information are never visible to employers — they are structurally absent from the candidate view. We cannot expose you to any employer until you actively grant a reveal.

Completely free. There is no subscription, no trial, and no credit card required for candidates. You can create an AI-powered profile, receive semantic match scores with explainability factors, apply with one click, chat anonymously, and read your match explanation — all at no cost. The optional Seeker Boost (€7 for 7 days of extra visibility) is the only paid feature for job seekers, and it is entirely optional.

No. Your profile is anonymous to everyone until you personally grant a reveal to a specific employer. Even if your current employer is registered on the platform, they cannot identify you from the anonymous snapshot. There is no 'open to opportunities' signal visible to anyone. You remain invisible until you choose to reveal yourself.

An employer who wants your contact details sends a reveal request. You receive a notification and can grant or deny it — no deadline, no pressure. If you apply to a vacancy (one-click apply), you automatically grant that employer access to your full profile and contacts, because applying is an explicit consent act. You can revoke any granted reveal at any time from your Reveals dashboard.

Yes. Any reveal you have granted to a specific employer can be revoked at any time from Dashboard → Reveals. Once revoked, that employer can no longer see your identity. The only exception is if that employer already downloaded or copied your contact details before revocation — once information has been seen, we cannot un-see it. But the platform access is cut immediately on revoke.

MatchPRO embeds the semantic meaning of your resume and each published vacancy into a vector space, then finds the closest neighbours. The match score reflects how well the meaning of your background (skills, experience, work format) aligns with the vacancy — not keyword overlap. Salary and location are hard filters: if you are outside the range, you do not match regardless of semantic fit. Each match comes with a four-factor explainability card: Skills fit, Experience fit, Salary fit, and Location fit — each with a percentage score and a short explanation. If you did not match a vacancy, the card tells you exactly where the gap is.

A salary range is mandatory on every vacancy posted on MatchPRO — it is enforced at the API level, not an optional field. This serves two purposes: for candidates, it means they always know what a role pays before any contact is made. For employers, it reduces offer-stage walk-aways caused by salary mismatches found late. It also aligns with the EU Pay Transparency Directive 2023/970. You cannot publish a vacancy without a salary range.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Confirming the deletion permanently removes your account, resume, applications, matches, conversations, and all associated data (cascade delete). You can also export a full archive of your data before deleting via Settings → Export my data. Both operations comply with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure) and Article 20 (data portability). The deletion is irreversible.

The platform UI is available in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, German, Polish, Spanish and Dutch. AI matching and resume analysis work in any language — you can write your resume and vacancy in your native language and matching still works cross-lingually. Ten industry categories are covered: IT & development, Medicine, Construction, Sales & Retail, Logistics, Education, HoReCa (hospitality & restaurants), Finance, Beauty & Care, and Marketing.

No. Your resume and any vacancy text are sent to the AI provider only to compute a match, an explanation, or a draft — never to train, fine-tune, or improve a model. We use zero-retention API calls: the provider does not retain the request after it returns a response. Contact details and other identifiers are stripped before any text reaches the model, so even the temporary request never carries your name, email, or phone. No. Your resume page is never indexable — it always carries a noindex directive, so search engines will not list your anonymised profile or, obviously, your identity. Some public, fully anonymised showcase surfaces (like aggregate candidate-pool pages for a profession or city) can be indexed, but they never contain your name, contacts, or any way to identify you individually.

Seeker Boost (€7 for 7 days) raises your profile's visibility position in the employer-facing candidate catalog — more employers see your anonymised profile first. It never changes your match score or explainability factors; matching stays purely on fit. Boost is entirely optional and only affects placement in employer-side lists.

The Agency badge marks staffing and recruitment agencies on the Scale plan. It lets candidates know the employer is acting on behalf of client companies (not a direct employer). The badge is assigned by MatchPRO admins or automatically flagged when agency-pattern activity is detected and confirmed. Managing a second client company requires the Scale plan — this is enforced at the API level.

Employer plans are billed monthly: Free (€0), Start (€49/mo), Business (€119/mo), Scale (€319/mo). Full pricing detail — including the annual option — is on the pricing page, not hidden behind a sales call. Each plan includes a monthly reveal quota (Free: 5, Start: 25, Business: 100, Scale: unlimited). When a candidate responds to your vacancy, the resulting reveal does not count against your quota. If you exhaust your monthly quota, upgrade your plan for a higher allowance or buy a one-off reveal top-up (see below). Stripe processes all payments; you can cancel or switch plans at any time.

You don't have to upgrade to keep going — buy a reveal credit pack from Settings → Billing: 10 reveals for €5, or 50 for €20. Top-up credits are billed once (not a subscription), apply on top of your plan's monthly quota, and never expire. Stripe processes the payment the same way as a subscription checkout.

Yes — Stripe Tax calculates and collects VAT automatically at checkout based on your billing country and, for EU B2B customers, your VAT ID. If you enter a valid VAT number for a company registered in an EU country other than Cyprus, the reverse-charge mechanism applies and no VAT is added to your invoice (you self-account for it locally). Cyprus-based customers are charged Cyprus VAT. Non-EU customers are generally not charged EU VAT.

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where your full billing history, downloadable invoices (with VAT breakdown), and payment method are all available — no need to email us for a copy.

You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then — no prorated refund for the unused days of a monthly plan. Reveal top-up packs are one-off purchases and are non-refundable once the credits are added to your account, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us — refunds are handled case-by-case.

No. Every plan price is published in full on the pricing page. There are no custom quotes, no per-seat surcharges outside the plan, no InMail-style add-ons, and no auto-renewing CC-required trials. The free plan is free forever. Paid plans are flat monthly (or discounted annual) rates. The only additional purchases are the optional Seeker Boost for candidates and reveal top-up packs for employers — both priced on this page.

MatchPRO covers 10 industry categories: IT & development, Medicine, Construction, Sales & Retail, Logistics, Education, HoReCa, Finance, Beauty & Care, and Marketing. Within each category the AI matches by the semantic meaning of your specific role — from nurse or ward manager to data engineer or full-stack developer. If your profession does not neatly fit one category, it can still be matched using the free-text description and skills.

AI matching in hiring is classified as high-risk AI under EU AI Act Annex III, with obligations effective 2026-08-02. MatchPRO is engineered for these requirements: every match provides a deterministic explainability card (skills, experience, salary, location fit — each with a score and reasoning); either party can contest a match decision and trigger human admin review with a full audit trail; no personally identifiable information is ever sent to the AI provider. Yes. The Scale plan (€319/mo) includes unlimited vacancies, unlimited reveal requests, unlimited team seats, and multi-company management under one account. This means you can run all your client companies, compare cross-client analytics (including decline-reason breakdowns), and operate with no per-placement quota. The Agency badge is included and signals to candidates that you represent client companies, not a direct employer.

No, and we are honest about that. MatchPRO is a sourcing and consent layer — it sits alongside your existing ATS workflow. It gives you access to passive talent (professionals who would not post a public CV but are present on the platform anonymously) and an anonymous dialogue path that can convert to a placement. It does not replace applicant tracking, offer management, or onboarding tooling.

The Agency badge is visible to candidates before any contact. It signals that the employer is a staffing agency acting on behalf of client companies. Combined with the consent-reveal model — the candidate still controls exactly who sees their identity — the Agency badge actually builds trust: the candidate knows who is contacting them and can make an informed choice. Transparent agency identification reduces the friction that makes candidates wary of recruiter outreach on other platforms.
