Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on MatchPRO you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
MatchPRO is an AI-assisted career matching platform. It connects job-seekers and employers through anonymized profiles and structured AI analysis. Contact details are only exchanged when both parties explicitly consent to a reveal.
3. Anonymity and data model
By default your profile is anonymous: your name, contact information and personally identifiable details are hidden from other users. The AI engine processes a redacted version of your data to generate compatibility signals. Raw personal data is never shared with third parties for matching purposes.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resume, vacancy descriptions). You grant MatchPRO a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process and display that content within the platform in order to provide the service.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: upload false or misleading information; attempt to de-anonymize other users; scrape or harvest platform data; use the service for spam or commercial solicitation outside the intended hiring flow.
6. Subscription and billing
Some features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no prorated refund for the unused portion of a monthly or annual term except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Reveal credit top-up packs are one-off, non-subscription purchases and are non-refundable once credited to your account, subject to the same statutory exceptions. VAT is calculated and collected automatically at checkout (Stripe Tax); EU business customers with a valid VAT ID outside Cyprus are charged under the reverse-charge mechanism. Invoices and billing history are available at any time from the billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my data. Upon deletion all personal data is purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". MatchPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
