Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
MatchPRO is operated by 1FUN PROVIDER LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 442148. By creating an account on MatchPRO you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old and, if you act for a company, authorised to bind it.
2. Service description
MatchPRO is an AI-assisted career matching platform. It connects job-seekers and employers through anonymous profiles and structured AI analysis. Contact details are shared only when the candidate consents — by approving a reveal request, applying to a vacancy, or agreeing to a mutual reveal in chat.
3. Anonymity and data model
By default your profile is anonymous: your name, contact information and identifying details are hidden from other users. Our AI reads your text to build the profile and to score matches; matching vectors are built from text with gender, age, family-status and nationality signals removed. Nothing the AI returns is shown to others together with your contact details, and we never sell or share raw personal data with other users without a reveal.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (resume, vacancy descriptions). You grant MatchPRO a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process and display that content within the platform in order to provide the service, including translating it into the languages we support, processing it with AI, and producing anonymous aggregate statistics. We do not use it to train AI models.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: upload false or misleading information; attempt to de-anonymise other users; scrape or harvest platform data; use the service for spam or commercial solicitation outside the intended hiring flow. Employers must publish a truthful salary range, use revealed contact details only for the vacancy concerned, not share them or keep them after a candidate revokes a reveal, comply with anti-discrimination law, and declare when they recruit on behalf of other companies.
6. Subscription and billing
Until 30 November 2026 every feature is free for every account and no payment is taken; from 1 December 2026 the plan limits apply to what you already hold, and nothing is unpublished. Some features then require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually and renewed automatically. You may cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings → Plan & billing; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no refund for the unused part of a term except where consumer-protection law requires it. Prices exclude VAT unless shown; VAT is calculated and collected at checkout (Stripe Tax), and EU business customers with a valid VAT ID outside Cyprus are charged under the reverse-charge mechanism. We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead by email; they apply from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then. Job-seekers pay nothing except the optional Boost (€7 for 7 days of extra visibility). Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a Boost or a reveal credit pack; it ends once you have expressly asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that. Invoices and billing history are available at any time from the billing portal (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy → Delete my data); deletion is immediate and irreversible, so export your data first. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, after notice where reasonable; a suspended user can still export and delete their data. Employer subscriptions end at the close of the current period.
8. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limit for death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence and anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, for business users our total liability in any 12 months is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. For consumers, statutory rights and remedies apply in full. AI outputs (parsing, drafts, scores, reply hints) are suggestions and may be inaccurate; hiring and application decisions remain yours.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring or defend a claim in its courts, and you may use an approved alternative dispute resolution body (in Cyprus: the Consumer Protection Service, www.consumer.gov.cy). For business users, the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
