Requirements
Since 2013, the SVMD agency has been buying mobile advertising worldwide for leaders of the Russian market. Building on our accumulated expertise, we develop our own products—mobile games. We are a small team of professionals, with minimal bureaucracy, and every team member has the opportunity to share and implement their ideas. In development, we focus on creating a quality product through hypothesis iterations. Our studio is launching an experimental project from scratch (or rather, several!) and we are looking for a specialist who wants to take part in creating experimental mechanics and building a product from the ground up. So if you are a Lead Game designer and have already developed projects from scratch or taken early-stage products global, we should talk! Requirements: - At least three years of experience working with mobile games (titles must not be under NDA); - A portfolio of successful cases that you are willing to show (games with product operating revenue of more than $100,000 per month); - Games in app stores included in your portfolio—the work must be available to try; - Experience launching products from scratch or taking early-stage products global; - Ability to break down a task into subtasks based on the team's resources, and take the task through to release; - Good grasp of basic product metrics; - Experience conducting A/B tests; - Good understanding of spreadsheets and how to work with them (Google Sheets in particular); - Experience working with Unity; - Understanding of version control systems, particularly git; A plus: - Experience launching “short” projects; - Experience developing your own “pet projects”.
Working conditions
We offer: - Remote work; - Project-based employment with the possibility of moving to full-time; schedule to be discussed; - Engagement as an individual entrepreneur or self-employed person; - A team ready to support you with any issue; - International-level projects; - The opportunity to grow your expertise and earn. We'd be happy to talk—send us your resume!
