Tasks
What needs to be done first: Form a media buying team from scratch (Facebook, Google Adwords, Inapp); Develop a strategy for team development, establish business processes for its successful implementation. Responsibilities: Purchase traffic through the main sources; Optimize advertising campaigns with large budgets; Develop and test new hypotheses; Engage in hiring employees and monitor the results; Share information on metrics with the product team to increase efficiency.
Requirements
How do we see the ideal candidate: Experience of managing a media buying team in iGaming from 2 years; Personal experience working with different trackers and analytics systems; Experience working on the product side will be an advantage.
