Extensive scope to implement the latest methods and technologies in payment processes, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition. Continuously analyze and work to improve current solutions/products (cost, quality, convenience, popularity by GEO) Manage the Payment Solutions department and develop the team Organize and manage the testing and integration of solutions to achieve the highest-quality results when enabling traffic Work closely with the IT department to ensure the fastest and highest-quality integration of solutions Effectively manage the department budget Provide regular departmental reporting and analytics
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Head of Payment Solutions to join our team, put their knowledge and skills into practice, and help us reach new heights in the world of payments. Requirements: Expertise and in-depth knowledge of the worldwide payment solutions market in the high-risk sector Strategic thinking and leadership: ability to develop and implement strategic plans in payments, as well as successfully lead a team and create new departments. Technical skills and analytical ability: knowledge of key technologies and systems related to payment solutions, as well as strong analytical skills for assessing the market and regulatory requirements English at a working proficiency level Willingness to travel (business trips, conferences, etc.)
