Tasks
- Manage the project from data collection through full implementation - Plan and oversee finances and the team - Ensure effective communication between project members and stakeholders - Define tasks and monitor them against established metrics - Manage changes affecting the project scope, timeline, and budget - Resolve unforeseen situations, including through unconventional approaches - Ensure project milestones are met on time - Optimize processes within the project - Regularly analyze results and provide timely reports - Motivate team members - Regularly assess and analyze risks affecting the project
Requirements
- Knowledge of iGaming and B2C products - Experience leading teams of 10 or more people - Outstanding leadership qualities and a drive to set new records - Flexibility in adapting to change and the ability to quickly solve unconventional tasks - Excellent strategic vision
