Tasks
Building a database of potential sponsors; Communicating with partners/sponsors and establishing contacts; Selling sponsorship opportunities at the festival; Creativity and finding mutually beneficial ways for the festival and the partner to work together; Management, coordination, and oversight of partnerships (production of promotional materials, monitoring their placement, monitoring their placement, and ensuring that both sides fulfill the partnership terms); Analyzing price proposals and media metrics, justifying the effectiveness of purchases, and taking responsibility for the results achieved; Working with TNS monitoring databases and preparing information for subsequent analysis; Analyzing past placements and making recommendations for changes to deals; Managing project documentation, issuing invoices on time, and monitoring payments.
Requirements
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with attention to detail; Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously in a fast-changing environment; A goal-oriented person focused on results; Understanding that work on the festival takes place year-round and that the schedule is highly irregular during the event.
