Tasks
- The school has 100 employees (administration and, of course, mostly teachers). We need a 100% people-care approach, with love for employees and students. - The team came together very quickly—in less than a year. The team needs to be well understood, the needs and situations of each person identified, and everyone brought together into the most cohesive team possible. - Recruitment has been, is, and will continue to be ongoing. This business has specific recruitment cycles for schools that take the academic year's seasonality into account.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in HR overall - Knowledge of all core HR processes, with a focus on recruitment, team building, and corporate culture. - Of course, knowledge of how to relocate people to Cyprus. - Russian and English (upper-intermediate)
Working conditions
- We are looking for an HR professional who is already in Cyprus - We arrange a work visa - Insurance is provided, as well as discounted packages for children's education at the school (depending on how many children you have) - Training and professional HR development - Salary: 60 + 65000 gross. Bonuses are possible - Limassol. The school office is right opposite Heritage
