Tasks
- Building sales funnels, user service levels and a roadmap - Developing trigger scenarios to promote bonuses and tournaments (close collaboration with the accounting department). - Creating a strategy - Developing communication scenarios (content) in Livechat - User segmentation - Retaining customers through email, Push messages, In-app, SMS and other channels. - Launching email / Push / SMS / in-app campaigns. - Analyzing customer behavior in the product using data analysis tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude). - Rewriting and editing copy used to create messages. - Reporting on the results of launched campaigns (OR, CTR, CR, RR, etc.).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience running email / Push / SMS campaigns. - Experience in the Gambling industry is a major advantage - Fluent English at a business level.

- Comfortable office in Limassol; - Competitive salary, based on interview results; - Official employment in Cyprus (after the probationary period); - Schedule: 10:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri
